NEW Bespoke / Generic / Tailored Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP) & SMARTWaste Plan Training

Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs) are a legal requirement for all construction projects over £300,000 in England. The legal responsibilities for a SWMP lie with both the client and the principal contractor.

These plans are designed to encourage better waste management practices, reduce the cost of waste disposal and decrease waste crime such as fly-tipping.

BRE has a proven track record in SWMPs and waste management and as such can provide your organisation with advice, training, tools and data. BRE are pleased to offer a selection of training and support packages that will assist you with planning, implementing and reviewing SWMPs to achieve compliance and added benefits.

Membership scheme

We are pleased to announce a membership scheme for SMARTWaste Plan; membership is at three levels: bronze, silver and gold. As a member you are entitled to free places on our generic and advanced training courses. At gold level you can also have tailor-made training for your company or a train the trainer session.
