SmartWaste Version 12.1 will go live on Tuesday 19 May 2026

This release contains enhancements including:

• Performance improvements for 6 API GET calls
• New SmartWaste logo
• Update of all data bulk upload templates to .xlsx format
• Three new social value measures
• Updates to duplicate record checker for waste and materials
• Various data log improvements
• Plus other improvements and bug fixes

Planned system maintenance: SmartWaste will be unavailable intermittently between 6pm and midnight on Tuesday 19 May and may be unavailable intermittently on Wednesday 20 May due to essential maintenance. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

SmartWaste Virtual Classroom Training, 18 - 19 May 2026

Our next SmartWaste virtual classroom training is taking place on Monday 18th May and Tuesday 19th May 2026. This virtual classroom training course is split over two sessions and costs £345 + VAT per person.
